Helix imports the following image types: jpg, jpeg, pdf, tif,
jfif, tiff, pjp

Does Helix have a database size limit on patient records?
A
Helix offers you unlimited storage
for each patient record. Note that the Document Management
System has a size limit of 30MB per file you wish to import.

How do I find my Location ID in Helix?
A
- Log into Helix as an Administrator.
- Click
and
select Settings. - Select the Centre menu.
- Select Centre Settings.
- Find the Organisation that has the Location ID you need.
- Hover your mouse pointer over the Organisation row,
and select Edit on the right hand side
- Select the Billing Tab.
- The Location ID (Minor ID) is located on the left-hand side.
