MedicalDirector's Service Improvement Program collections information about your Microsoft products and related applications, without interruption to you or your computer systems.

The information gathered helps to enhance MedicalDirector's product suite, and to provide you with a better Customer Service experience. To achieve this, the following information will be collected:

o      Operating System version

o      SQL Server version

o      .NET version

o      Screen resolution

The Service Improvement Program opt in/out option is available by locating and right-clicking the MedicalDirector Automatic Update icon   in your Windows System Tray, and then selecting Service Improvement Program from the menu that appears.
